Refund & Returns Policy

At CORVELLAN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your outdoor power tools, we are here to help.

1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

  • You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, clean (free of dirt, grass, or debris), and in its original packaging with all manuals, chargers, and accessories included.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting an authorized return will not be accepted.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Important Note: As payment processors charge a non-refundable transaction fee, this transaction fee may be deducted from your final refund upon cancellation. If the item has already been shipped, please follow our standard Return Policy below.

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS & LI-ION BATTERY NOTICE

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
  • Lithium-Ion Battery Compliance: Since the CORVELLAN 21V Trimmer includes a high-capacity lithium-ion battery, it is classified as a hazardous material for shipping. If authorized for a return, you must ship the battery inside its original packaging with the appropriate warning labels required by the carrier.
  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@corvellanpower.com with your order number, along with clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
  • In these specific cases, CORVELLAN will cover the resolution costs, which may include sending replacement parts, issuing a replacement unit, or providing a full refund without requiring you to ship the heavy equipment back.

5. HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us: Contact our support team at support@corvellanpower.com with your Order Number and the Reason for Return (plus photos/videos if applicable).
  2. Get Authorization: Do not ship the product yet. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the proper instructions.
  3. Inspection & Refund: Once the return is received at our logistics hub and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Notice: If the return is caused by the consumer's personal preference, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will be determined by the express company you choose. If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.
