1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

At CORVELLAN, we stand behind the quality and durability of our outdoor power tools. We are pleased to provide a 1-Year Limited Warranty for the CORVELLAN 21V Battery-Powered Lawn Care Trimmer to ensure your yard work remains hassle-free.

1. WARRANTY PERIOD

This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. A valid proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required to absolute your warranty claim.

2. WHAT IS COVERED?

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, residential use. It applies directly to the core functional components of your trimmer:

  • The Brushless Motor & Internal Electronics (PCB)
  • The 21V Lithium-Ion Battery & Charger (Covers technical malfunctions, such as failure to charge or hold a charge. Note: Natural battery capacity degradation over time is normal and not considered a defect.)
  • The Main Shaft & Trigger Assembly

3. WHAT IS NOT COVERED? (WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS)

This limited warranty does not cover damages or failures resulting from:

  • Wear and Tear Parts: Consumable and wearable accessories that naturally degrade with use, including but not limited to: trimmer lines, cutting blades, metal blades, safety guards, and wheels.
  • Misuse or Abuse: Damage caused by hitting rocks, concrete, or other hard objects; overloading the motor; exposing the tool to heavy rain or submerging it in water.
  • Improper Battery Care: Damage caused by leaving the battery completely discharged for extended periods (resulting in a dead battery), charging with non-original chargers, or exposing the battery to extreme heat or moisture.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any repairs, alterations, or modifications performed by anyone other than an authorized CORVELLAN technician.
  • Commercial Use: This tool is designed for residential, DIY homeowner use. Commercial, rental, or professional landscaping use voids this warranty.

4. HOW WE WILL RESOLVE YOUR CLAIM

Due to the size, weight, and strict shipping regulations regarding lithium-ion batteries, we do not require you to ship the heavy equipment back to China. Instead, we resolve warranty claims efficiently through our Parts-Replacement & Troubleshooting System:

  • Step 1 (Diagnosis): Our technical support team will analyze the issue based on the photos or videos you provide.
  • Step 2 (Free Parts): If a specific component is faulty (e.g., a defective charger, battery, or switch), we will ship you the necessary replacement part completely free of charge, along with step-by-step instructions or video guides on how to replace it.
  • Step 3 (Replacement/Refund): If the core motor or tool body has a major defect that cannot be fixed with replacement parts, we will, at our discretion, send you a brand-new replacement unit or issue a partial/full refund.

5. HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM

  • Your name and original order number.
  • A clear description of the problem.
  • A short video or clear photos showing the issue (e.g., showing the motor not starting, or the battery indicator when plugged into the charger).

This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to purchases made directly from the official CORVELLAN online store (corvellanpower.com).
